KAN WEE WAGEN TEH, AIA Co-Founder/ Design Director

Kan Wee Wagen Teh is a registered architect in Singapore and the United States. As the co-founder and design director of Prow Architects, he leads the studio’s design thinking process in producing innovative solutions for architecture and the built environment.

 

Prior to founding Prow Architects, he had worked on a diverse range of projects across different regions that honed his global perspective of design. These projects included The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas (Hotel and Casino in U.S.A.), Moscow Sports and Entertainment Complex (Masterplanning in Russia), Istanbul Super Arena (Integrated sports arena and landscape design in Turkey) and THR3E THRE3 ROBIN (Luxury condominium in Singapore).

 

After completing his Bachelor in Architecture Studies degree at the National University of Singapore, he went on to obtain a Master of Architecture degree at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. There he designed the Boulder Pavilion project which received the American Institute of Architects design award. He was invited to present the project at the Generative Design Conference in Milan.

 

Other awards which he received included undergraduate scholarships for architecture studies by the Public Service Commission, Urban Redevelopment Authority and Housing and Development Board of Singapore.
